Tour Condition:

• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, children under one year of age, and people suffering from any medical or physical disability.
• Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables during the trip as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
• Please note that this is a shared transfer an early or late pickup is possible. The driver could be late by 15-30 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• Food and drinks are not allowed to bring on board.
• Please wait at Hotel Lobby before the time specified on the confirmation email
• Any late from your side will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• In the rare event that Ombre Yacht Phuket must cancel a tour due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be given the option to rebook for an alternate date or receive a refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling of the missed tour.
